Here at Ontolo, we believe that the best marketing tools are designed to produce outcomes to meet your specific objectives, along each step of your process. These tools are a little different. Below is a list of some quick hacks we've put together to make small, incremental efficiencies in any process.

• Auto-Link HTTP Addresses
  Convert all web addresses in a block of text into html and clickable links.
• Compare Two Lists
  Get items from one list that aren't in another. Useful for scrubbing prospect lists.
• List Shuffler
  Randomize the contents of a list. Useful for reviewing a number of URLs when you might have multiple pages from the same site. This keeps you from hitting the same site over and over.
• Remove Duplicate Hostnames
  Remove URLs from a list that have already had their hostname occur earlier in the list. A great way to get a long prospect list with duplicates down to unique sites.
• Remove Duplicate Items
  Removes any duplicate items from a list. Great for merging mulitple lists without the annoyance of duplicate items.
• Remove URLs by Hostname
  If you have lists of sites you've already got links from, are in contact with, or have approached or rejected, this can quickly trim your prospect list.
• Extract Unique Hostnames
  From a URL list, this tool pulls out all of the hostnames and returns a list of only the the unique hostnames.
• URL & Hostname Counter
  One of our first successful tools, this counts the number of URLs and hostnames that are entered. Another great tool for analyzing multiple lists (ie: competitor backlinks, mutliple exports of search results, etc)
